Inspiring Interaction with Proud Alumna Rachana Verma

BLM Academy proudly organised an inspiring interaction session for the students of Classes XI and XII, where our distinguished alumna, Rachana Verma, shared her journey of dedication, perseverance, and success.

An outstanding student of the Batch of 2015, Rachana pursued her higher education at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where she completed her B.Arch degree. She is presently working as a Senior Analyst at American Express, making her alma mater proud through her achievements and professional excellence.

The session became even more engaging as students Kashish Joshi and Sanvi Bhandari conducted an interactive interview with the alumna. Through thoughtful questions, they explored her experiences at school, her journey to IIT Kharagpur, and the challenges and achievements that shaped her professional career.

During the interaction, Rachana highlighted the importance of discipline, consistency, and self-confidence in achieving success. She encouraged students to stay focused on their goals, work hard with determination, and make the best use of every opportunity that comes their way. Her inspiring words and practical guidance motivated students to dream big and pursue excellence in every field.
