BLM Academy Senior Secondary School, Haldwani, organised the three-day Inter-House Competition, ‘Shreshtha’, from 15 to 17 October. Based on the theme “Where Talent Meets Excellence,” the event witnessed students showcasing their talent, creativity, confidence, and team spirit with great enthusiasm.

The four houses of the school—Perseus House (Blue), Cepheus House (Green), Orion House (Yellow), and Aquila House (Pink)—participated enthusiastically to compete for the prestigious trophy. All the houses demonstrated healthy competition and unity. In the current stage of the competition, Aquila House took the lead.

As part of this three-day event, various competitions, including conch-shell blowing, chanting of mantras, poetry recitation, rangoli, mehendi, group singing, collage making, caricature, and creative writing, were organised. The students impressed everyone with their artistic abilities, expression, and original thinking.

To ensure fair evaluation, the panel of judges comprised Mrs. Sangeeta Mathur, Mrs. Pallavi Walia, Mr. Jagmohan Pargaai, Mr. Dwijesh, and Mrs. Renu Dani. The judges evaluated the students’ performances and encouraged them throughout the competition.

The event was graced by the presence of the school’s Director Mrs. Saumya Agrawal; Manager Mr. Saket Agrawal, Principal Dr. Gayatri Kanwar, Head of Administration and HR Dr. Amar Singh Kanwar; and Vice Principal Mrs. Poonam Kwatra, along with other distinguished members of the school.

‘Shreshtha’ was not merely a competition but also a powerful platform for students to hone their talents, develop leadership skills, and understand the importance of collective effort. The event filled the school campus with enthusiasm, excitement, and a vibrant spirit of competition.
